AI-Enabled Project Management Workshop

AI tools are increasingly being used to support documentation, communication, planning, and information management across industries. This workshop helps professionals explore practical, responsible ways these tools can support existing project management practices and workflows.
In this three-day professional development workshop, learn how AI can support project planning, communication, documentation, and workflow management through hands-on exercises grounded in project management fundamentals.
The workshop will be led by Darryl Agee, an adjunct professor in the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech and an experienced project management practitioner and trainer.
- When: June 24-26, 2026, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. daily
- Where: Virginia Tech Roanoke Center, in-person attendance is encouraged with optional virtual participation available.
- Cost: $1,495
- Experience level: No technical or coding background is required. This program is designed for professionals who manage projects, operations, workflows, or cross-functional teams and want practical exposure to AI-supported work practices.
Organizations are encouraged to send teams to build shared workflows and practical approaches together.
